Telehealth urgent care allows you to meet with a healthcare provider virtually for evaluation and treatment of common, non-emergency medical conditions.
- Schedule a virtual visit: Patients schedule a visit online or by phone. Upon scheduling an appointment, the patient will receive consent forms that must be completed before the visit.
- Submit information: Once the required forms are completed and your medical information is provided, the patient will connect with the provider through a secure video visit.
- Connect: Visits can be conducted via any smart device that supports video calls—for example, a laptop or desktop computer, or a smartphone.
- Visits include: gathering medical history, assessing symptoms or history of present illness, and providing the patient with an appropriate treatment plan. If medications are required, they will be electronically sent to the pharmacy provided by the patient.
- Good Rx coupons are available for medications being sent, upon request.
Integrity Healthcare of Florida is “cash only” otherwise known as self-pay. Patients with insurance can still be seen, but the rate for regular hours or after hours are the same whether insured or uninsured.

Visits within normal business hours are $65. Visits conducted during extended hours are $85 per visit. All fees are included; there are no additional or hidden fees. After-hours rates apply during holidays, before 8 AM, and after 5 PM.
